Equal justice under the law means police must behave too.
An Orlando Police officer is behind bars today -- for a second time. According to authorities, Officer Danny Sidders was arrested early Tuesday and booked into jail on a domestic battery charge.

ORLANDO, FL (Catholic Online) - This would be Sidders' second arrest for the same charge. In January, Sidders, 43, was arrested for yanking his live-in girlfriend out of bed, dragging her down the hallway of their home, and locking her outside in the middle of the night.

Police say she was injured in the incident. Charges in that case were dropped because the victim refused to cooperate.

Authorities are not releasing details in the most recent arrest.

You would think he'd know better.
