 Sandy is a late hurricane for the season. ORLANDO, FL (Catholic Online) - The storm is now passing just south of Jamaica, and is expected to move north over the Bermudas. From there, it will skirt the coast, moving northeast into the Atlantic.
By next week, the storm will have subsided and remnants may push into the northeast, bringing heavy rains and flooding. Schools and other establishments along the coast are monitoring the situation and may close if it worsens.
