During Sunshine Week, journalists and representatives of public access celebrate the week with a forum at the University of Central Florida.

ORLANDO, FL (Catholic Online) - The meeting, on Monday, has no relation with ultraviolet rays or even the sun. Rather, the meeting is a part of a celebration, nationwide, for open government laws.

Having one of the nations most liberal and open government laws, Florida will have attorneys and representatives provide updates at the forum. Updates will include recent changes in the laws and problems with accessing public records or attending publically held meetings.

All week, forums similar to this are being held all around the nation to celebrate the public access to the workings of governments.
